"Over 40 years my family has done business with State Farm, but when its needed coverage doesnt actually exist. Refused to cover storm damage to roof causing massive amounts of out of pocket, and still ongoing, costs for replacement of the roof and repair to the interior."

"Love State Farm! They have always been so helpful. Just recently Carleda, an agent with State Farm, helped us with a case we had against another insurance agency. Our car was stuck at a repair shop and the agent we were dealing with would not return our calls to finish paying for our car. We finally got State Farm involved and Carleda took it upon herself to help us. She helped to resolve the situation in a matter of a few hours. Thank you Carleda and thank you State Farm!!"

"I am giving 5 stars so far. I had an accident...someone pulled out in front of me. I was originally told to start a claim with the other driver's insurance, so I did. However, after 9 days and their adjuster never made contact and would never call me back I had to do something. I went to State Farm. Within 1 hour of talking with someone in the office & starting a claim I had a rental, the decision that my car was totalled (all air bags deployed and most of the driver front panel was missing or crunched), and a person had called about my injuries. I had so much relief just knowing that my claim was being taken care of...finally! We have had State Farm for more that 25+ years."
