"Excellent and knowledgeable customer service! Ms. Mariana was particularly patient with all my questions and took extra time to make sure I was satisfied. I have been working with the personnel in this office since we moved to Alabama two years ago. Even though we have been State Farm customers since 2013, being an Alabama resident requires different homeowners insurance as well as changes to our auto insurance. Everyone, especially Ms. Mariana, has been outstanding in making this transition a very easy one!"
